Degree in Computer science or Information technology.
Advantages : Microsoft , Linux , MacOS and Cisco Certification.
Experience in Tech Support, Desktop Support or a similar role ( not required specific experience as a Fresher and Junior postion).
Knowledge of Remote Desktop appliction and Helpdesk Software .( VPN )
Knowledge of Backup and Security third party software.
