Please read the following carefully, as you agree to these terms when you commission me. Thank you!
Please write in a clear and nice manner.
Kindly provide references, this can be a detailed description with images to aid you on what you want the commission to look like, and /or existing reference images. Let me know the general pose / expression / vibe you would like for the piece. If no references are available, a detailed description is fine.
Any ill behaviour and/or disrespect will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs. If you are underage, please make sure that you have the permission of your guardians to commission me. If you need the order fast, I will apply a rush fee. Please only order if you are ready to pay and have the money available. Please don't back off if you have already ordered.
I am happy to draw most things. If i am not happy or comfortable with the request I will let you know.
All commissions are to be paid in full upfront, or half upon starting, and the rest when nearing completion. Currency accepted is USD for ease on international customers. You will be sent an invoice, where payment shall be made via bank transfer only. Payment must be made within 30 days of receipt of invoice, otherwise your order is cancelled.
Work in progress will be given, unless the client doesn’t want them. The estimated time for your commission to be completed depends on complexity, and can range anywhere from 1 day to one month, depending on many factors such as; health, order of commission, complexity, work, or family issues. I will message you my appoximate delivery date either way.
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the client.
Therefore, I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
-Promote myself with in any place or site.
-Publish books with.
-To display it anywhere to my liking.
-Post it wherever I want (unless the commissioner wishes to keep the commission private.)
You are NOT allowed to make any of the following edits to my artwork for any reason: stealing, tracing, editing, recoloring, copying, claiming the image as yours, screenshotting, selling, remaking, referencing from, removing my watermarks, or making a base from my art.
In addition to copyright, certain authors of works of visual art also have the rights of attribution and integrity as described in section 106A of the 1976 Copyright Act. It is illegal for anyone to violate any of the rights provided by the copyright law to the copyright holder. (Source: Artists Rights Society, www.arsny.com/copyright-basics/)
The client is allowed to:
-Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
-Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
-For personal use you can repost but please tag me. If you wish to use this for business you need to inquire about owning the rights to it, this will be an added charge.
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the artwork will be retracted.
Always give credit if you use/repost the commission. Don't claim it as yours.
The following is considered Copyright infringement:
-Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
-Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
-Removing any watermarks/signatures.
-Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork. Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with. Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
I will do everything I can to make my clients happy. During the sketch stage, I will make 3 changes for free until you’re satisfied to continue, but if you want over 3 major changes/new sketches, I will charge for the extra work. After a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made, such as small colouring/marking mistakes. Any great changes will come with an extra charge, such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received. If money has not been sent yet the client has the right to cancel the commission.
