Our Business

This business was built in September 2021 where the products that were sold during that time was only phone straps, mask chain and customized orders.  Over the time, the business has expanded its products into necklaces, bracelet and rings.  Producing beaded accessories was initially just a hobby of the owner but when the COVID-19 pandemic hits, it has turned into one of the ways to find a source of income.  Hence, MANIQ was built and the platform that are used in selling their products are Instagram, Facebook and Whatsapp.  These platforms provide range of marketing tools such as daily advertisement, catalogs and it is also easier to find customers in these platforms as people nowadays use these platforms often in their daily lives to socialize and do online shopping.

For the production of the products, it is all handmade and only built by using hand tools such as different type of pliers, scissors, clips and bead design board.  The production of the products will take 20 to 40 minutes for each item depending on the type of item and new design will be released once in a month.  The designs of the products are what makes this business unique because they produce products that is timeless with combination of traditional and modern designs that are mostly inspired by the culture of their hometown, the people and its surrounding.  Besides that, we also provide customization orders where the customer can customize their own design of the products that they choose. 

The delivering method used by this business is Car delivery such as GrabExpress and also by postage through JNT Express courier service.   Besides that, the business does not practice single-use plastic and support environmentally friendly products, thus, the packaging used to pack the products are recyclable and can be used multiple times to store other items.
