These Terms of Service apply to the Manipuri English Translator app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Rabinchandra (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Application, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

Description of Service

The Application provides translation services between Manipuri, English, Hindi, Korean, and Japanese languages. Features include:

• Text translation between supported languages

• Bookmarking of saved translations (stored locally on your device)

• A free tier with a limited number of translations per period

• Optional paid subscriptions for unlimited translations

User Accounts

• To use the Application, you must sign in using a valid Google account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account

• All activity that occurs under your account

• Ensuring the information associated with your account is accurate

• The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts t

Subscriptions and Payments

The Application offers optional subscription plans (weekly and monthly) that unlock unlimited translations. By purchasing a subscription:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours befriod

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store account

• No refunds are provided for the unused portion of an active subscription period

All payments for iOS are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system. The Service Provider does not directly handle or store your payment information.

Free Tier Limitations

Users on the free tier are subject to a maximum number of translations per Service Provider. This limit may be adjusted from time to time. When thelimit is reached, a subscription is required to continue using the translation service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Application to:

• Translate content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or oth

• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the Application

• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Application

• Circumvent or attempt to bypass subscription or usage limits

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and functionality of the Application are the prr and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may notcopy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Application without prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, eitherice Provider does not warrant that:

• The Application will be uninterrupted or error-free

• Translation results will be perfectly accurate in all cases

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, o

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the Application. Upon deletion, your account data will be removed from the Service Provider's servers.

The Service Provider reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws applicable in the Service Provider's jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.
