MRR (Manila Real Residences) is a bedspace rental service offering affordable and comfortable living spaces for individuals in need of temporary or long-term accommodation.

Our address is located at 1129 Natividad Lopez St. Ermita Manila, Philippines, in prime areas close to public transportation, schools, business districts in Manila.

You can book a bedspace by messaging us through our Facebook Page, and you need to visit us at MRR building for actual viewing and reservation in selecting your preferred rooms, and completing the booking form.

Yes, a reservation fee of 1 month advance rent and 1 month security deposit is needed to secure your booking before move in. The deposit amount will be refunded after 3 months from the end of contract, provided there are no damages or outstanding payments. Then, 1 month advance rent will be used for the last month of your contract.

One-month notice is required. The security deposit may be forfeited if the contract is breached. 

Yes, we are available for viewings and reservations on weekdays from 8 AM to 4 PM (breaktime 12-12:30pm), excluding weekends and holidays. However, we recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure a staff member is available to provide a tour and answer any questions. Please contact us or book a visit through our Facebook Page.

Our bedspaces come with basic amenities such as a bed with mattress, storage cabinet and airconditioning. Shared facilities include bathrooms, kitchens, study area, and common rooms.

No. Water and Admin Fee is P112.00 per month for each. As for electricity, it is sub-metered per room.

Yes, MRR building have 24/7 CCTV security system monitored by our security personnel to ensure the safety and well-being of our tenants. And equipped with biometrics.

Limited parking slots are available for an additional fee.

A: Bed Space - Php 4,500/per head/month; 

Twin Sharing - Php 6,250/per head/month; 

Solo Room – Php 7,000/month, all are exclusive of Water and Electricity bill.

A: The minimum rental period is 6months.

A. Yes. We offer short term too, but the rent is not the same. If below 6 months minimum like 2 months only, the monthly rent for bed space would be P6,000/head. For twin sharing it would be P9,000/head

A: Yes, you can cancel your booking. However, reservations will be forfeited if they opt to cancel their booking.

A: Visitors are allowed in the lobby area only but we allow parents to visit inside the room and strictly no overnight.

No curfew for tenants.

Cooking is allowed in the common kitchen area. Laundry can be done at designated areas.

A: If you encounter any maintenance issues, please report them to our Admin Office or Security Lobby immediately. We strive to resolve maintenance requests promptly to ensure a comfortable stay for all tenants.
