Terms & Conditions

Please read through these terms and conditions prior to using our services. We are not responsible for anything if you neglect to read or refuse to follow the terms and conditions we have outlined here. 

1. All services from Mania Passion Fics are legal and ethically considerate.

   1.  All designs created by Mania Passion Fics are protected in their composite form by US Trademark Laws. 

   2. Any content we produce is free and not for sale or profit as they are not licensed for commercial use. All products are for personal use only and cannot be sold by us or anyone who requests them. We do not take responsibility for any legal repercussions of selling fanfiction. 

   3. All credit for individual images is given to the original artists who created and posted them. We only take credit for that which is original intellectual property belonging to the company and not to the individual.

   4. Any fic shared is not claimed to be owned by the Mania Passion Fics Team as it is property of the individual(s) who wrote it. We pride ourselves on supporting fanfic authors in any way possible, this includes removing or not making a fic pdf/cover if the author wishes to not have their work available for printing.

2. Mania Passion Fics as a corporation does not bear any responsibility for concerns with 3rd party organizations and websites we utilize. 

   1. Our team creates fic pdfs and covers formatting especially for Lulu. We do not profit from these transactions nor does any member of our team work for Lulu. We are not responsible with issues in printing as all physical materials are created by Lulu and not MPF. Additionally it is up to the individual to verify accuracy of all information including materials within the Lulu website. We also do not set prices for fics, shipping, or other products or services from Lulu. If you experience an error with the digital materials created by Mania Fics, we are happy to help; otherwise, we bear no liability for issues nor can resolve them.

   2. Our fics are obtained from various sites, including but not limited to: Archive of Our Own and Wattpad. No member of our team is affiliated with these sites in any way. We are not responsible nor do we own any fic that has been posted there. 

   3. The majority of our pictures used in the cover making process are obtained from Pinterest or Unsplash. We do not take any responsibility for content posted on these sites, nor claim to own any of the material (see term 1-3). Additional resources may be utilized however, we are not responsible for any aspect including but not limited to photo quality or clarity and licensability

   4.   To improve proficiency the team uses a variety of services provided by Google including but not limited to Forms, Docs, Sheets, and Gmail and we are not responsible for their functionality, errors, nor any data stored by these corporations. 

   5. Any other 3rd parties not mentioned in this section are still under these set parameters.  

3.  All requests, for both printing and epubs must be submitted via our Google Form and must follow the same guidelines. If you refuse to properly use or read the form we are not responsible for helping you.

   1. Please read through the note at the beginning of the form for general printing information.  

   2. All fields of the form are required as they provide the vital information to completing a request. If one area is left blank or you refrain from putting proper descriptive information, your request may be unfulfilled.

   3.  Any personal information provided, such as email address is kept in confidence by the MPF team. We do not share any information provided and have private communication channels for the work that we do. Consult term 2-4 for 3rd party stipulations.

   4.  When a request is submitted, a confirmation email will be provided as soon as possible. Do note that all of our emails are sent manually and may take time to process. If you do not receive a confirmation email or have any other questions email us at maniapassionfics@gmail.com 

   5. Do not re-submit requests for fics including: 

      1. A fic you personally have already requested.

      2. A fic already requested by someone else.

      3. A fic that has already been posted in our Google Classroom. 

      4. The only exceptions to this rule is either:

         1. If you want a specific cover or pdf design and want to write notes on the form.

         2. If you want the fic pdf and covers emailed directly to you rather than taking them from the class.

   6. When a request is completed, you will be sent all materials through email as well as the link to an optional customer satisfaction survey. We do this for quality maintenance. We take all feedback into consideration and we ask that you remain kind with your words. 

   7. For any additional considerations, consult the form directly, email, or contact us on social media.

4. There is a guideline to which services we do and do not provide.

   1. What we do: create digital pdf files of fics and covers to print Larry fanfics, create png covers for epub reading in books app, post on social media for fun and personal interest.

   2. What we do not do: physically print and ship fics, hand-bind fics, create any type of physical product, write fics, accept any money for our services.

   3. What we might do if asked (based on personal interest, note these are not guaranteed): provide fic reading recommendations, promote fic authors, give feedback or personal opinions on a fic, provide informational and instructional content and insight into our business process, create pdfs/covers for fanfics of other ships or in other fandoms.

      1. If you have a special request or question feel free to ask as we love to help others in any way possible.

5. Our members are publicly separated from the team and are allowed to share their own thoughts and opinions that do not reflect upon the company as a whole. MPF does not take any responsibility for anything said or done by any member of the team in any format, including but not limited to, on personal social media accounts. If you have a concern with an individual on the team it is your own responsibility to resolve that situation privately without involving our company or affecting our safe work environment. If you have a concern with the team as a whole or any of our business, contact us directly.  

6.  We have the right to refuse any request, for any reason, and without any explanation if we see fit. We can stop creating materials at any time in the process and refuse to finish a request without explanation when deemed necessary. Additionally failure to comply with these terms and conditions as well as general amicable behavior may result in being blocked across social media and denied services. All services we provide are done out of personal interest and love of fics and joy of helping others. That being said we do not owe anyone anything and abusing our kindness will result in a loss of that privilege.

7. We reserve the right to change or edit any of these terms and conditions at any time.
