Welcome to Mani X, a reward-based mobile application designed, developed, and operated by Orenda Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). At Orenda Labs, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of data privacy, security, and transparency. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, maintenance, protection, and disclosure of your information when you access or use the Mani X mobile application (the "Application" or "Service").
By accessing or using Mani X, you explicitly consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our Application.

Words with initial capitalization have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Digital Wallet System Status
Please note that the Digital Wallet system is currently in development and will be integrated in future updates. Currently, user earnings and points are tracked securely within our database architecture but are not yet available for withdrawal or transfer.

To provide and maintain our Service: Including monitoring the usage of our Application.
To manage your Account: Managing your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data you provide gives you access to different functionalities of the Service.
For fraud prevention and security: We utilize advanced SQL-based logic and automated fraud detection algorithms to monitor account activity, prevent unauthorized access, and ensure the integrity of the reward system.
To contact you: To contact you by email or push notifications regarding updates, security alerts, or informational communications related to the functionalities of the Application.
5. Disclosure of Your Personal Data
Orenda Labs maintains a strict policy against selling or renting your Personal Data. We may share your information only in the following situations:

Access Controls: Restricting access to personal information to authorized Orenda Labs personnel only.
While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we remind you that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
7. Data Retention and Account Deletion
We retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law (such as for tax and accounting purposes).
How to Request Account and Data Deletion: As a user, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and associated data. To request data deletion:
Navigate to the 'Settings' or 'Profile' section within the Mani X Application and select "Delete Account", OR
Send an Email: orendalabs0008@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Upon receiving a verified request, Orenda Labs will permanently delete your account, accrued points, and personal data from our active databases, except where retention is legally required. Please note that deleting your account will result in the forfeiture of all unredeemed rewards.
8. Children's Privacy and Age Restrictions

The Service is strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
Orenda Labs does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent, we take immediate steps to remove that information and terminate the associated Account.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Application and its reward systems are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Orenda Labs makes no guarantees regarding the continuous availability of third-party reward systems (upon future integration). Orenda Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

Welcome to Mani X. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mani X mobile application ("App") operated by Orenda Labs ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the Mani X App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue all use of the App.
By accessing or using Mani X, you form a legally binding contract with Orenda Labs. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Mani X App. By using the App, you warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding the password and credentials used to access the App. Orenda Labs is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
Single Account Policy: Users are strictly limited to one (1) account per device and per individual. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
Mani X is designed to provide users with a fun, rewarding, and entertaining experience.
Promotional Rewards: Users can collect virtual points ("Points") through various activities. While these Points hold no intrinsic real-world fiat cash value and cannot be traded as currency, they may be redeemed for promotional rewards (such as mobile recharges, gift cards, or in-app bonuses) as provided within the App.
Redemption Policy: All redemptions are subject to availability, eligibility, and verification. Orenda Labs is not a banking or financial institution.
Discretionary Mechanisms: Orenda Labs reserves the right to adjust, modify, or reset reward point allocations, earning mechanics, and balances at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Upcoming Features
New features, including a Digital Wallet system and third-party Offerwall integrations, are currently under development and will be released in future updates.
Orenda Labs makes no guarantees regarding the exact release timeline of these features. Furthermore, we reserve the full right to modify, suspend, or cancel these upcoming features or any associated reward mechanisms at our sole discretion.
To maintain fairness and security, Orenda Labs enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent activities. You agree NOT to engage in any of the following:
Automation: The use of auto-clickers, bots, macros, or scripts to simulate human activity.
Network Manipulation: The use of VPNs (Virtual Private Networks), proxies, or any tools designed to mask or spoof your location or IP address.
Environment Tampering: The use of Android emulators, virtual machines, or rooted/jailbroken devices to access the App.
App Cloning: Modifying, cloning, or reverse-engineering the Mani X App.
Exploitation: Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics to accumulate points artificially.
CAUTION
Consequences of Violation
Any violation of these prohibited conduct rules will result in immediate and permanent account termination without prior notice. All accrued points will be permanently forfeited, and the device will be blacklisted from the Mani X platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Orenda Labs, its directors, employees, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
Any conduct or content of any third party (including ad networks) on the App.
Any delays or failures in future payouts, rewards, or technical service interruptions.
Orenda Labs reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
