MangaGo Account Deletion

Overview

This page explains how MangaGo users can request deletion of their account and associated app data. MangaGo is a manga and comics reader available on mobile app stores.

Delete Your Account In The App

If you are signed in, you can request account deletion directly in the MangaGo app:

Open MangaGo.

Go to the Profile tab.

Open account or profile settings.

Select the delete account option and follow the confirmation steps.

Request Deletion By Email

If you cannot access the app, email us at support@mangago.app from the email address associated with your MangaGo account. Please include "Delete my MangaGo account" in the subject line.

We may ask for limited information to verify that you own the account before completing the deletion request.

Data Deleted

When your account is deleted, MangaGo deletes or anonymizes account data associated with your profile where supported by our systems, including your account profile, saved titles, bookmarks, reading history, reading progress, reviews, ratings, and account authentication records.

Data That May Be Retained

Some records may be retained for a limited period when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, debugging, service reliability, or financial and advertising reporting. Analytics, crash, server, and advertising logs may be retained in aggregated or de-identified form according to the retention settings of our service providers, including Firebase and Google Mobile Ads.

Processing Time

We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Guest Use

If you use MangaGo as a guest, there may be no registered account to delete. You can clear local app data by removing the app from your device or clearing the app's storage through your device settings. If you need help with guest data associated with a guest token, contact us at support@mangago.app.
