Note:
If it asks permission "Unknown Sources", please enable that to allow to install APK.
If the Play Protect warns that installation, please choose "Install anyway" or turn off Play Protect while installing.
"Block by Play Protect"
Google Play just wants to display that notification popup, because we are installing the Manga App from outside the Play Store. So we just choose "Install Anyway"
"App not installed"
Google prevents us to install the APK from outside Play Store.
We need to turn off the Google Play Protect while installing APK. Follow the steps:
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Play Store app.
Tap Avatar settings (at the top right) --> Choose Play Protect.
On Play Protect, Tap on the setting icon at the top right.
Turn Scan apps with Play Protect and Improve harmful app detection off.
Note: After installing the new version successfully, you can enable Google Play Protect again.
Still get the error "App not installed" after disabling the Google Play Protect.
The old version may be a conflict with the new one, so we need to uninstall the old version first.
1. Please check if your old app supports the backup feature -> then backup your data first.
2. Uninstall your old app version.
