Welcome. I am the Assistant Project Manager at the Translational Research Centre for Digital Mental Health under Tung Wah College. I drive digital initiatives to transform care delivery and promote mental health across clinical and community settings. My current focus includes psychosocial intervention and destigmatization.
I manage partnership development and the operation of the centre. I organize public lectures and research seminars on digital mental health in Hong Kong.
Previously, I worked at the Department of Social Sciences and Policy Studies at the Education University of Hong Kong, where I conducted qualitative data analysis for comparative social policy research with Dr. Lee Siu Yau. The work was published in the British Journal of Social Psychology, Social Indicators Research, and Reports released by the Hong Kong Chief Executive's Policy Unit.
I completed a bachelor's degree with honours in International Relations and Economics at Victoria College, University of Toronto.
