I am dedicated professional in the field of engineering education and project management, currently serving as a Teaching Associate at the Pro-Act Training and Development Centre (Mechanical), Vocational Training Council (VTC) in Hong Kong. As an Assistant Project Officer at the Vocational Training Council for over 4 years, I have honed my skills in facilitating practical training and assessment for Diploma of Vocational Education (DVE) students, ensuring they acquire the necessary competencies for successful careers in engineering. With a strong academic foundation and extensive practical experience. I am committed to advancing engineering education and fostering collaboration between academia and engineering industry. I am well-equipped to contribute to the development of the engineering industry in Hong Kong.

VTC cooperates with the government and industry to establish Workplace Learning and Assessment (WLA) to more effectively enhance students' professional skills and strengthen the relationship between students, employers and VTC.
Our team has written nearly 200 sets of unit standards for courses in more than 10 different industries.
We understand workplace learning methods and experiences, including visits, on-site inspections, listening to opinions, and understanding employers’ expectations. We provide international standards and the latest industry information through the assistance of employers.

Name of co-organizer: VTC - Youth College (Kwai Chung and Kowloon Bay)
This project aims to engage retired elderly people in learning about new technologies through collaboration with the Vocational Training Council. Retired elders will gain knowledge of technological developments and their societal impacts. Additionally, student volunteers and elderly participants will work together to create VR experiences showcasing Hong Kong's unique scenery, allowing the elderly to appreciate these sights without leaving home. The project's overarching goals are to increase the elderly's understanding and interest in new technologies, while also promoting intergenerational exchange and cooperation.
DVE (Jewellery Design and Technology) and DVE (Fashion) in Youth College student share the talents in contribution to the community with their VPET knowledge and skills. A workshop that students shared their knowledge on designing aroma stone with 3D printing and facilitate participants to make aroma stone with upcycled flower. The workshops promote the mentalwellness to the youth, the elderly and child. The workshop aims to promote flower arranging activities, which can soothe emotions, extend the limited life of flowers, and cultivate aesthetic sense and environmental awareness. It also explains the production and design techniques of dried flower diffuser stones, emphasizing the environmental protection concept of recycling and respecting the life cycle of flowers.
