Instructors felt overwhelmed when asked to incorporate technology into their classrooms, especially when their classrooms have diverse of learners with a variety of differentiation needs.
They believed that 1) they did not have time to build eLearning, 2)building eLearning is a difficult task with little reward, and 3) it is impossible to build eLearning that meets the needs of diverse learners.
A curated resource for teachers within Google Forms. Based on the user's answer, the form will jump to exactly what the user needs, showing how this tool can be used to differentiate for different learners while teaching them how to build a Google Form with multiple pathways. Time was allotted for users to create a differentiated lesson using Google Forms while I wander around the room answering specific questions.
Every instructor created a Google Form lesson that they could incorporate into their classroom immediately.
"Best training I've been to in a long time. Thank you for giving us time to work on our own lessons while using this."
"I will refer to this again and again."
"My favorite training of the conference!"

Instructors from all over the state game together to discuss teaching writing. They wanted to know how I managed a diverse and ever-changing learning environment with technology.
I shared my research using a website to which they can refer for future reference and replicate my techniques.
Every instructor started using Adobe Spark to create materials for their learners, but more importantly, they used the provided resources to build online content as well.
