DELIVERY
You will pay the delivery fee for all order deliveries.
Local Delivery fee - first 10 miles free, $5 plus 50¢ per mile after first 10 miles.
Indiana Shipping fee - Shipping from Chesterfield, Indiana to your location within Indiana.
PAYMENT
After your order is received, you will be sent a link for payment.
We accept credit card payments.
Please allow 24 hours for a response from the order form.
