Mandi Leigh, Ed.D. (she/her/hers)
When I was a child, I stole stamps from my parents to mail money (loose change) to the World Wildlife Federation. As an adult, I studied rare, endangered, and endemic species in southwest Colorado. I traveled through the ski industry, field ecology, and secondary public school teaching. I remain infatuated with relationships among place, human life, and more-than-human life. My dissertation focused on these relationships as they exist in suburban communities and how they are expressed in curriculum.
