To provide you with a seamless digital ledger experience for your agricultural business, we collect the following types of information:
Account Details: When you register and verify your account, we collect your name, email address (novelictories@gmail.com), and any profile details you update.
Contact Information: Phone numbers and addresses of parties (Farmers and Buyers) that you manually input into your custom ledger.
Ledger Entries: Data related to your transactions, including Khareed (purchases), Farokht (sales), commodity types (e.g., Makai), weight details (Bori counts, kilograms, Mann), rates, commissions, net payments, and cash flow records (Cash In / Cash Out).
Standard technical data required for app stability, crash reporting, and secure authentication via Google Play Services or Firebase.
We use the collected data strictly to operate and improve the App:
To maintain your business dashboard and generate accurate total summaries, net profit (Munafa), or loss (Nuksan) statements.
To authenticate your identity and secure your account using password management and email verification.
To process your one-time premium purchase of Rs. 1,599 PKR securely through the Google Play Store billing system.
To provide offline or online backup syncing for your ledger records (if applicable via Firebase).
Data Ownership: Your business records (Parties, Khareed, Farokht, and Ledger summaries) belong entirely to you.
Security Measures: We implement industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your personal information and ledger data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
Third-Party Payments: Since MandiBook is a paid application, all financial transactions regarding the app purchase are processed securely by Google Play Billing. We do not store your credit/debit card details or bank account information.
Data Deletion Request: If you want to delete your account and all associated ledger data from MandiBook, please email us at novelicstories@gmail.com. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 business days.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal or business data to third parties. We may only share information in the following limited circumstances:
With Service Providers: Trusted cloud infrastructure providers (like Google Firebase) solely for hosting, user authentication, and data syncing.
Legal Requirements: If required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).
MandiBook is intended for commercial use by adults managing agricultural businesses and ledgers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
