About our new format - each competition involves teams of four children at the same year level working together. Schools can register children in both the challenge and competitive rounds this year.
Practical challenges - 20 minutes
Quick fire - 15 minutes
There are total of 20 questions in this round. Some of these questions will be quite challenging. The competitive round is for our most capable mathematicians in the region.
There is no limit to the number of times children can get each question checked.
At the end of the round, practical scores and quickfire scores will be added together. Winners will be announced and trophies presented at Mathex. Scores will be published on the website
