Need to bring : Wahine Only Wananga - Pois 2 x long, 2 x short. Black skirt / Black top to change in to for performance. Comfortable gym wear for workshops. Packed lunch / fruit / water bottles / snacks.

Pre Requisite : At least 4 years Kapa Haka experience participating in competitive Kapa Haka to a high level, strong singing and performance ability. Girls must have strong poi skill and bring 2 x double short poi / 2 x long poi / patu
