As the leader, I laid the foundation for the completion of this community project for leadership and team build, where I assigned the relevant tasks to each of the members and checked upon the progress daily and guided them to achieve the perfection. Additionally, I coordinated all the resource people and the work related for getting permission from the relevant authorities. With the contribution of the members, we were able to successfully deliver the project on time reflecting our teamwork and leadership skills.
