One of the most important skills needed in an organization is managerial decision-making. Any decision to be undertaken at a workplace needs to have a comprehensive strategy identified containing the rules, regulations and direction. Decision-making is an important skill not only in workplace, but also helping us to manage practical aspects of everyday life. In this workshop, we explore the many facets of decision-making with the aid of experts, from industry applications to real-world scenarios.
