Students requesting a Letter of Recommendation (LOR) from Md. Mamun Hossain must carefully review the following criteria before making a request.

Submit Early – Request at least one week in advance to ensure timely processing.

Provide Complete Information – Fill out all required fields accurately, including:

• Full Name

• Program & Institution Applying To

• Purpose of LOR (e.g., MSc, PhD, Scholarship)

• Deadline for Submission

Attach Supporting Documents – Upload your CV, transcript, and SOP (if applicable) for reference.

Use a Professional Email – Ensure your email address is valid for any follow-up communication.

Follow Up Politely – If you haven't received a response, send a polite reminder via email.
