Biography

Dr. Mampi Devi is working in the Department of Cyber Security and Digital Forensic, National Forensic Science University-Tripura as an Assistant professor. Prior to this she  was working in the Department of Information Technology, Tripura University (A Central University) as a faculty. Also, she was working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Assam Down Town University. She has ten years of teaching and research experience. She pursued her Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D) in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Tezpur University, Assam, India. She received her Master of Technology (M.Tech) from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Tripura University, Tripura, and Master of Computer Application (MCA) from Dibrugarh University, Assam. She did a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Physics from Guwhati Univeristy, Assam, India.  

She has published more than 14 papers in International Journals and Conference Proceedings, She contributed one data set on "Single Hand Gestures of Sattriya Dance" with 45753 images in the UCI Machine Learning Repository. Her research interest includes Network Security, Side Channel Attack in the Internet of Things, Image Processing, Pattern Recognition, and Dance Gesture Recognition.
