Mammouth AI 

Mammouth AI ("Mammouth," "we," "us," or "our") provides a subscription service that gives users access to multiple third-party generative AI models (including text, image, and video generation models) through a single application ("the App" or "the Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our iOS app, website, and related services.

By using Mammouth AI, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

 Information We Collect

1 Information You Provide Directly

• Account information: name, email address, password (hashed), and authentication details (including via third-party sign-in providers such as Google or Apple, if used).

• Billing information: subscription plan, billing address, and payment details. Payment card data is processed by our third-party payment processor and is not stored on our servers.

• Content you submit: prompts, messages, uploaded files and images, and any other content you input into the App to interact with AI models ("User Content").

• Communications: messages you send to our support team or through our contact forms.

2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: features used, models selected, frequency and duration of use, and general interaction patterns with the App.

• Device and technical data: device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, IP address, app version, and crash/diagnostic logs.

• Cookies and similar technologies: on our website, we use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

 How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including routing your prompts to the AI model(s) you select;

• Create and manage your account and subscription;

• Process payments and manage billing;

• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries;

• Improve, personalize, and develop new features for the App;

• Monitor usage, detect abuse, and enforce our Terms of Use;

• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights;

• Send service-related communications (e.g., billing notices, security alerts) and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.

We do not use your User Content to train our own AI models or the third-party AI models made available through the Service. 

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

1 AI Model Providers

To deliver the Service, your prompts and relevant content (User Content) are transmitted to the underlying third-party AI model providers you select (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, xAI, and others made available in the App) solely for the purpose of generating a response to your request. Under our agreements with these providers, prompts submitted through Mammouth are not retained by the AI providers after the request is processed, and are not used to train their models.

2 Service Providers

We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, and customer support tools, under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.

3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal process, protect our rights or safety, or investigate fraud or security issues.

4 Business Transfers

If Mammouth AI is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or a policy at least as protective.

 Data Minimization and No Training

• We apply data minimization principles and only process the data necessary to operate the Service.

• Your content is never used to train any AI model — ours or our third-party providers'.

• AI providers integrated into Mammouth do not retain prompts sent through our platform, and no conversation history is stored on their systems.

• Your conversation history is stored on our systems only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, or until you delete it.

Your Data Retention and Deletion Rights

• You can delete your conversation history at any time directly from your account settings within the App.

• Deleted data is removed from our active systems, subject to limited retention for backups, fraud prevention, or legal compliance purposes, after which it is permanently deleted.

• You may request deletion of your entire account and associated personal data by contacting.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;

• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;

• Erasure — request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten");

• Restriction — request that we limit processing of your data in certain circumstances;

• Portability — request a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format;

• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing;

• Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

International Data Transfers

Data Security

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
