Mamas Voices is an inclusive singing group created for women and mamas who need some time to focus on themselves.
It's a relaxed, informal space where you can bring your babies (and bumps!). They can watch and listen as we grown ups get to
sing for fun and enrichment
build confidence
unwind and connect in a friendly group.
We mostly sing acapella and songs are taught by ear, we don't use sheet music so everyone learns at the same pace.
We’re not part of a franchise so we can sing whatever we want to.
Our songs are from all over the world and any genre. We choose songs that sound good and are fulfilling to sing.

Victoria Stead is a Natural Voice Leader - she follows their principles and attends regular training and inspiring workshops.
Natural Voice is a network of people who work with voice and song, and who believe that singing is everyone’s birthright, regardless of musical experience.
Victoria leads two other local natural voice choirs in Leighton Buzzard and Milton Keynes - Rising Voices and Open Voices.

Build accepting, non-judgmental communities that sing together.
Welcome all voices into a group without audition and work from there to make a group sound.
Make learning by ear accessible to the whole group so that nobody needs to be able to read music.
