MamaMeet Child Safety Standards Policy
Effective Date: 17.05.2025
MamaMeet is committed to ensuring the safety and protection of all users, particularly children and vulnerable individuals. This policy outlines our approach to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), addressing child sexual abuse material (CSAM), complying with child protection laws, and providing appropriate mechanisms for user safety and reporting.
MamaMeet strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation, including but not limited to:
Sharing, uploading, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Grooming, inappropriate communication with minors, or solicitation.
Content that depicts or promotes sexualization of minors in any form.
Such actions will lead to immediate account suspension, reporting to relevant authorities, and permanent removal from the platform.
Users can report any concerning or inappropriate behavior, profiles, or content through our in-app reporting system or by contacting us directly via email at [Insert child safety contact email].
Reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team, and appropriate actions are taken in accordance with our safety procedures and legal obligations.
MamaMeet has a zero-tolerance policy for CSAM.
If CSAM is detected or reported, we immediately remove the content, suspend the user, and report the incident to the appropriate law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations (e.g., NCMEC, INHOPE, or local equivalents).
We cooperate fully with legal authorities during investigations.
MamaMeet adheres to all applicable child protection and data privacy laws, including:
The U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – with regard to minors)
Local and international child protection and digital safety regulations
We take steps to verify user age where required and restrict features for accounts suspected of being operated by underage users without proper supervision.
We have designated a dedicated child safety officer who oversees compliance, investigations, and safety protocol updates.
