Knowing Thyself: The Journey of Self-Discovery & Awareness
Motherhood brings profound physical and emotional changes. In the midst of caring for others, it's easy to lose touch with who we truly are. This workshop is thoughtfully designed for mothers, offering an evidence-based mindfulness approach to help you reconnect with yourself. A 4-Step Guide to Clearer & Calmer Conversations

Getting Your Pink Back: Mental Health & Support for Moms
This session supports moms with real talk about maternal mental health, emotional overwhelm, and identity shifts in motherhood. We’ll share facts, stories, and simple ways to lighten the load, reconnect with yourself, and feel seen.
This workshop aims at increasing awareness of maternal mental health struggles, especially postpartum depression and anxiety, and mpowering moms to ask for and accept support (Mütterpflege, delegation, community, while reducing guilt around self-care and time away from baby.
Perfect for moms who are feeling stretched thin, curious, or in need of community - espeically new moms, expectant moms, moms on parental leave, overwhelmed or isolated moms, moms returning to work, and anyone navigating identity shifts after birth.

This session is perfect for moms who wants to reconnect to themselves, find peace and clarity of mind.
Suitable for all levels, except pre- and post-partum moms. Particular medical restriction must be communicated.

This beginner- and postpartum-friendly pelvic floor workout is designed to gently activate, reconnect and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles using low-impact, functional, full-body movements.
By combining practical education with targeted exercises, the session helps participants to understand how the pelvic floor functions in daily life and how to support it effectively. This workout aims to build awareness of the pelvic floor - come and learn how to prevent and alleviate symptoms such as leaking, pelvic heaviness or back pain.
This session is suitable for women of all ages incl. pregnant moms, provided there are no medical contraindications.

Please get clearance from your doctor before doing sports in your pre-/post-partum period.
