In this disclosure the words "us", "we" and "our" refer to the creators of the app "Malware Squad". The creators of the app "Malware Squad" also go under the name "lynxnetsecurity".
Our app "Malware Squad" does not create log files nor does it collect data nor does it show advertisement that could collect data.
The use of data by the app "Malware Squad" and by us is limited to the use described in this disclosure.

CONSENT
By using our app "Malware Squad", you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
USE OF SENSITIVE INFORMATION AND IN-APP BILLING
Our app "Malware Squad" comes as a free trial version. Free Trial means that after a set period of time in which you can use the app for free you will be charged recurrently.
Duration of said period of time, price, billing intervall and information on how to unsubscribe will be made clear to you at the point before we ask you to confirm that you will be using the free trial.
Financial information, that means credit card information, is neither being collected by us nor shared with a third party apart from Google Play. Credit card information is shared with Google Play to facilitate above mentioned billing.
"MALWARE SQUAD" DOES NOT COLLECT, USE OR SHARE ANY INFORMATION
The app "Malware Squad" does not collect, use ore share any information about its users.
The app "Malware Squad" does not collect, use ore share any information about the user's use of the app.
If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.
We only use this information to contact you back. We do not store, share or use this information for any other purposes.
Our app "Malware Squad" does not create log files nor does it show advertisement.
The app "Malware Squad" does not use, process or share usernames, passwords, login information or personal information.
Testers or Google Reviewers will be issued a password to access content. Password will be provided by the developer of the app "Malware Squad".
Said password will only be shared with Testers and Reviewers of the app "Malware Squad". No other information is required from Testers or Google Reviewers. No other information will be created, processed or shared. No log files will be created, processed or shared.
The app "Malware Squad" uses the following permissions:
- android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
- android.permission.REQUEST_DELETE_PACKAGES
- com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID
- com.android.vending.BILLING
- android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE
- android.permission.QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES
Permissions 1, 5 and 6 are used to create a list of all apps on the phone. This is necessary to identify malicious apps. Permssion 2 is used to delete applications.
Permssion 3 helps boster security and privacy and is mandatory for all applications. Permission 4 is used to facilitate the billing process which is being processed by Google Play.
None of the data used by the app "Malware Squad" is being shared or used by us or by any third party. By third party we refer to any other person or party that is different from the user of the app "Malware Squad" or us.
Credit card information is processed by Google Play. For questions regarding the processing, sharing or other usages of your credit card information please contact Google.
Any return codes provided by our app "Malware Squad" can not be used to identify the user of said app.
