-Began the Alternative Substance Abuse Diversion Program in Somerset County.

-Instituting Restorative Justice in all juvenile cases.
-Continue to support and grow the Veterans’ Court and the Co-occurring Disorders Court.

-Wrote and obtained a grant from State Farm Insurance for the students at the Capital Area Technical Center and Stepping Stones Montessori Schools to institute a wind farm on campus.

-Research and draft memos and briefs for Attorney General multi-state tobacco litigation.
-Writing assistant on the third edition of his treatise on American Constitutional Law.
-Research and editing on the brief concerning the right to die submitted to the U.S. Supreme Court.

-Attended hearings and wrote reports and delegation letters on Military Base Closure Hearings.
