Mallu Imposter is designed with privacy as a priority.
• No Personal Data Collection: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your real name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, or photos.
• Local Game Data: Player nicknames, game settings, and voting choices are processed 100% locally on your device memory during the game session and are never uploaded to any remote server or database.
2. Device Permissions
• Vibration / Haptics: Used strictly to provide tactile feedback during button presses, card scratches, and timer countdowns.
• Audio Playback: Used solely to play pre-installed in-game Malayalam audio voice announcements.
• Internet Permission: Used only when you choose to support the developer via standard Android UPI intent (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm). The game itself runs completely offline.
3. Payments & Financial Information
• When you use the "Support Developer" option, the app initiates a standard Android UPI intent to your installed UPI apps (such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm).
• We do NOT collect, access, or store your bank details, credit/debit card numbers, UPI PINs, or transaction credentials. All payments are processed securely by your bank and respective UPI payment applications.
4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
• Mallu Imposter is a family-friendly party game suitable for audiences of all ages.
• We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. Since the app collects no personal information whatsoever, it is safe for family and children's entertainment.
5. Third-Party Services & Analytics
• We do not use third-party tracking tools, background spyware, or targeted advertising SDKs.
• The app contains no third-party pop-up advertisements.
6. Security of Your Data
Since all gameplay operations occur locally on your smartphone, your game data remains entirely on your device and is discarded when the game is closed.
