MallSphere Privacy Policy

Introduction
This privacy policy applies to the MallSphere mobile application ("Application") created by Vcloudmaster ("Service Provider") as a free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS."
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly: When you create an account, we collect your username, email address, password (stored securely, never in plain text), your city (chosen from a list), and optionally a profile picture from your camera or photo library.
Location: The Application does not access your device's precise location. You select your city manually from a predefined list to see local offers — no GPS or location services are used.
Sign in with Google: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture URL.
Sign in with Apple: If you sign in with Apple, we receive your name (if shared), your email or Apple's private relay address, and a unique Apple identifier.
Automatically collected: Our servers may log your device's IP address, the screens you visit, timestamps, and device OS — used for security, diagnostics, and improving the app.
How We Use Your Information
To create and manage your account, show relevant offers and events for your city, power your Wishlist and Profile, authenticate you securely via Google or Apple, send one-time codes (OTP) for verification and account actions, keep the app secure, and improve it using aggregated, anonymized usage data.
Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only with trusted service providers bound to this policy, when required by law, to prevent fraud or protect safety, or in aggregated form that cannot identify you.
Security
We use reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as you keep an account, and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and operational purposes.
Your Rights: Access, Correction, and Deletion
You can update your username, email, and profile picture anytime from the Profile screen in the app.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly within the app: go to Profile → Delete Account, verify with a one-time code sent to your email, and confirm. This immediately and permanently removes your account and personal data.

Children's Privacy
MallSphere is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided us data, and we will remove it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
