Dr. Mallory A. McCord is an Assistant Professor of Industrial/Organizational Psychology in the Psychology Department at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. Dr. McCord received her PhD and Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Dr. McCord is a member of ODU's Health Psychology PhD concentration. Her primary research interests fall under occupational health psychology, with a focus on workplace mistreatment and stressors. She also studies emotions and leadership in the context of occupational health. Methodologically, Dr. McCord's approach is diverse and robust, incorporating meta-analysis, experience sampling, and prospective designs.Â
