When booking directly through me you bypass the VRBO and AIRBNB fees. We do require a refundable security deposit and can break the payment into one or two.
The only fees that are applied to your stay are the cleaning fees. Please note that on VRBO and AIRBNB the rates come out higher because all of the taxes and fees.
