Processing Time

• All local orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Saturday).

• Orders placed after [e.g., 2:00 PM] will be processed the next business day.

• We do not process orders on Sundays or major public holidays.

Local Delivery Options & Rates

• Standard Local Delivery: Delivered within 1–3 business days after processing. The cost is  ₹50.00 / Free for orders over ₹1500.

• Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 11:00 AM within our local delivery zone. The cost is ₹100.00.

• In-Store / Curbside Pickup: Free pickup is available at our location during regular business hours: Shop Address & Business Hours. Your order will be ready in 4 hours.

Local Delivery Area

• We currently deliver to local zip codes/neighborhoods within a 2 Kilometers radius of our shop.

Missing or Damaged Orders

• If your local delivery arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us within 48 hours at 9322823473 with your order number and photos of any damage so we can fix it right away.
