Academic careers offer me opportunities to teach, work with students, develop educational materials, perform high-quality research, and develop new educational techniques. Due to my academic background, teaching experiences, research experiences, and my career in mechanical engineering, I am well-suited to teach a variety of advanced and introductory engineering courses, including Design power plants, energy conversion, solar thermal workshop, solar PV workshop, Energy efficiency workshop, combustion process, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, heat transfer, aerodynamics, engineering measurement, numerical methods for engineers, Design of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Throughout the last decade, I have devoted much of my time to building courses and educational materials, as well as teaching and researching. As a result, I have acquired extensive teaching experience at the Institute of fluid mechanics at Erlangen University in Germany, Alzaytoonah University of Jordan, Albalqa University and German Jordanian University, and developed online e-learning education course with Edraak organization.

Teaching Philosophy
It is a challenge for all teachers to engage students in effective learning due to many factors and aspects related to both the student and the teacher. Students' background and motivation for learning, teachers' preparation, communication, presentation style, effectiveness and passion for the job are among the factors that determine success.
In order to be an effective teacher, one must be able to make and keep students comfortable, motivated, and inspired to absorb the information delivered. In classrooms, effective learning depends greatly on the teacher's ability to keep students interested in the specific course.
Educators must present their courses in an engaging and interesting manner so that students understand how the subject matter is elegant and beautiful, and how it can be applied to solving real-world problems and to stimulate their latent desire to learn. Educators must present their courses in an engaging and interesting manner so that students understand how the subject matter is elegant and beautiful, and how it can be applied to solving real-world problems Teaching Style.
In order to achieve excellence in teaching, I follow the following principles:
· Teachers should begin the lecture period with a brief summary of the last class meeting, and finish it with a summary of major or important points from the class.
· Teaching should always emphasize conceptual understanding and repeat the fundamentals of the subject.
· An interesting presentation style should be developed by the teacher. Students are more likely to pay attention to a lecture delivered by an impressive presenter.
· An enthusiastic and well-prepared teacher should always come to the classroom. Student motivation is certainly influenced by the teacher's enthusiasm.
· After-class hours, teachers should always be accessible to students. It is common for students to need an explanation of a point or idea discussed in class.
