Our Story

Our Garden started out on a weedy lawn on an underutilized corner

Then we built raised garden beds from scratch.

Then we filled the beds with soil.

Our seedlings were started in hydroponics 2 months before the first raised beds were in the ground.

Then we planted plants that we grew indoors with helps from all members of our community.

We had help from Mayor Christensen and his office, they helped us with getting loam for the garden bed from the city's landscaper.

Our garden party where we formally invited members of our community to see our garden.
