All fields are mandatory except “Remarks.”
After selecting the Hall Name, Booking Date, From Time, and To Time, the system will display the availability status of the selected time slot.
Every booking request will initially have a “Pending” status until payment is completed.
Final booking confirmation will be issued only after successful payment.
If you do not find the confirmation email in your Inbox, please check your Spam folder and mark the email as “Not Spam.”
Kindly note that the Auditorium Authority reserves the right to allot the same slot to another applicant if a confirmed booking is received before your payment is completed. In such a case, your booking will be automatically cancelled.
A booking with Pending status indicates that the online booking has been initiated, but payment has not yet been completed. If you wish to confirm the booking for the same time slot while it remains in Pending status, you may contact 03512-2220674 / 9434422747 / 9593048931 between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM and proceed with payment of the required amount.
Cancellation due to Government programmes: If a Government programme is scheduled for the same time slot, the Auditorium Authority reserves the right to cancel the booking, even if it has already been confirmed. In such cases, the booking amount will be refunded as per the applicable refund policy.
