Onnline Booking Guidelines

1. All fields are mandatory except “Remarks.”

2. After selecting the Hall Name, Booking Date, From Time, and To Time, the system will display the availability status of the selected time slot.

3. Every booking request will initially have a “Pending” status until payment is completed.

4. Final booking confirmation will be issued only after successful payment.

5. If you do not find the confirmation email in your Inbox, please check your Spam folder and mark the email as “Not Spam.”

6.  For bookings showing Pending status, you may directly contact at  03512-2220674 / 9434422747 / 9593048931 between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM. For any other clarification, please visit the Auditorium Office during office hours.
