Malcon Jaya SDN BHD is set up in the year of 2013 and its primary objective is mainly to secure the potential business opportunities in M&E project contracting works especially in fire protection system , also, to involve in industries plaint's facilities upgrading, servicing and maintenance works. We are able to assist on the M&E plan submission and approval, maintain or obtain the existing building/plant's fire certificate renewal.

In addition, we are also proving solutions on safety, health and environment related matters. Mr Peong Teck Min

Mr TM Peong obtained his Diploma & Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Technologi Malaysia (UTM), in year 1995 and year 1996 respectively.After his graduation, in January 1997, Mr TM Peong has joined Renong (M) Berhad's On-job Training Scholarship Program as Training Engineer. He was assignedunder Shimizu Corporation, a well-known Japanese Construction Management Company, involved in the Malaysia - Singapore Second Crossing (MSSC) Project. He has gained working experiences in construction management and benefited from transfer of technologies during the bridge construction. The programmed was incorporated with University of Technology Malaysia (UTM) which offered courses in project planning, contracts administration and management skill. Mr TM Peonghas completed the program successfully and awarded a title of Post Graduate Diploma in Construction Project Management.

From November 1997 to July 2000, Mr TM Peong has served in a project management company, Pengurusan LRT Sdn. Bhd. (a subsidiary of Kinta Kellas Sdn. Bhd, Group of Renong Berhad), which provides a broad range of project management services to PUTRA LRT SYSTEM Project. He was assigned to ConstructionManagement Division involved in M & E services, lifts and escalators, signage, tripod turnstile gates and other miscellaneous installation, testing andcommissioning sub- contract package works values at more than RM 50 millions for PUTRA Administration Building and all the LRT Stations. During that time, MrTM Peong has played an important role in coordinating between Client, Consultants and Contractors to achieve a timely completion of the projects, within the budget allocation and meet to the required specification.

In August 2000, Mr TM Peong was appointed as a Project Manager in Sukiada Engineering Sdn. Bhd., a fire fighting contracting company. As a head of the project department, responsible to the overall projects planning and implementation. Mr TM Peong has introduced and developed a project management system to ensurethe projects undertaking are going on systematic, consistent and efficient to meet to-date project management requirement. Due to his hard works and contributionto the company, Mr TM Peong has been promoted as an Engineering Manager and thereafter General Manager of the company heading the Project, Engineering, Procurement, Tendering and also Service & Maintenance Departments.
