Malcolm Key (* April 9, 2002, Chattanooga, Tennessee) is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice spans painting, drawing, and digital/graphic design. Currently based in Chattanooga, he is pursing a degree in Communications with a minor in Envrionmental Studies at the University of Tennessee Chattanooga.

As a self taught artist, Malcolm's work speaks on the complexities of the human experience, aiming to evoke intense emotions through diverse medium and techniques. His creations range from graphic posters to figurative pieces on unconventional surfaces such as sanpaper, canvas, wood, and paper. By blending materials like watercolor, oil pastel, prahite, and charcoal, Malcolm brings a unique and multilayered perspective to his art and to his graphic design. 

Beyond artistic pursuits, his academic sutdies reflect his deep interest in creative design, urban infrastructure, industrial design, and a care for the envrionment. He examines the connection between design and communication across multiple mediums, and how these connections can create envrionements conducive of creativity. This interdisciplinary approach enriches his creative practice, inspiring works that speak to both individual emotion and collective responsibility.
