Who We Are:

Positivo is a registered Non-Governmental Organisation in Malawi. We work mostly with rural communities to empower them to be agents of change at their own local contexts.

Vision 

To create empowered, self-reliant, and sustainable communities where every individual has the opportunity to realise their full potential.

Mission 

To empower marginalised communities through capacity building, community engagement, and sustainable development initiatives.

Main Objective 

• To empower communities to be agents and catalysts of change by enabling them to realise and utilise their full potential.

• To implement Community Empowerment Forums. 

• To initiate and support Capacity Building Initiatives. 

• To develop and oversee Sustainable Community-Led Projects. 

• To advocate for social justice, equality, and environmental sustainability.

Modus Operandi 

• Positivo shall operate with transparency, accountability, and efficiency. 

• Activities shall follow approved strategic and operational plans. 

• Open communication with stakeholders and beneficiaries shall be maintained. 

• Regular monitoring and evaluation shall be conducted.
