I am a legal scholar with expertise studying the societal impacts of technology. I am trained in information systems, public policy and law. This helps me translate technical concepts and social phenomena across different audiences.
My career over 16 years has combined top-tier experience in the private sector with a global law firm, and policy roles for publicly-funded and non-profit organisations. From 2016 to 2020, I founded and led the Future of Finance Initiative (at Dvara Research in partnership with the Gates Foundation) to study critical regulatory issues for technology and inclusion in India
Currently, I'm based in London, having recently submitted my PhD at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
In December 2025, I commenced a research fellowship at the University College London on a project joint project between UCL Laws and UCL Engineering to study the liability for autonomous decision systems.
