• We do not recommend travelers to book the property if your fellow travelers are senior citizens with heart or knee issues.

Pangot occasionally receives snowfall during winter, generally between December and January, depending on weather conditions.

We kindly request all our guests to use water mindfully and responsibly, as we are in the midst of the mountains, water is very precious here.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival: A 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

• Cancellations within 15-30 days of arrival: No cancellation fee will be charged.

• No Show : No refund will be given.

Refund Policy

• Cancellation refunds: Any refunds due will be processed within 7 business days on the same account through which payment has been made

• Premature departure: No refund will be given for early departures.

Force Majeure

• In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, snow and ice conditions, political restrictions, travel bans, epidemics or pandemics, we will allow a one-time date change amendment without any charges, up to 1 month from the original booking date. Any difference in tariff will be borne by the client. This flexibility applies to bookings where 100% payment has been received.
