• Please note that rooms are not held or reserved without advance payment. If your payment is delayed, the room may be booked by another guest who completes the advance payment first. All bookings are confirmed on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.

Pangot receives snowfall during winter, generally between December and January, depending on weather conditions.

Water is a valuable resource in the mountains. We request all guests to use water responsibly and avoid unnecessary wastage.

Cancellation Policy

• 31 or More Days Before Arrival: Cancellations made at least 31 days before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for refund.

• Within 30 Days of Arrival: Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable and will incur a 100% cancellation charge.

• No-Show: No refund will be provided if the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice.

• Early Departure: No refund will be provided for unused nights in the event of an early departure.

Refund Policy

• Refund Processing: Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment account or payment method used at the time of booking.

• Premature Departure: No refunds will be provided for any unused nights resulting from an early departure.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather conditions, snow or ice, government-imposed restrictions, travel bans, epidemics, or pandemics, we offer a one-time, complimentary date-change facility for eligible bookings.

• Eligibility: This facility is available only for bookings for which 100% of the payment has been received.

• Date Change: Guests may reschedule their stay once, within one month of the original check-in date, subject to availability.

• Tariff Difference: Any difference in tariff applicable to the revised dates will be payable by the guest.
