Welcome to the Maktab e Ziyaul Quran App. Before downloading and using this application, please read these "Terms and Conditions" carefully. By installing and logging into the App, you signify your full acceptance of the terms listed below.

1. Introduction

This App is created by Maktab e Ziyaul Quran with the aim of providing parents and students with digital access to Maktab activities, attendance, and educational records. This App is strictly for Educational and Management purposes.

2. Financial Policy & Hadiya (Clarification on Finances)

Please read this section carefully, as it is the most important part of our system:

• Record Keeping Only: The "Fees" or "Account" tab visible within the App is solely for the purpose of maintaining records.

• No Online Payment: There is no Payment Gateway of any kind present within this App. No money transfer can be made through the App.

• Hadiya System (Voluntary Contribution): According to our principles, we accept "Hadiya" (Voluntary Contribution) and not "Fees". This Hadiya is Not Mandatory. If the App shows any "Pending Amount", it is not a debt, but simply a reminder for record-keeping purposes.

Utilization of Funds (How Hadiya is Used):

• Maktab e Ziyaul Quran explicitly clarifies that the collected Hadiya is not for commercial profit. The Maktab administration does not retain a single rupee for personal gain.

• The funds are strictly utilized for Teachers' support (Asateza) and Maktab maintenance.

• It is also used to provide Rewards and Gifts to students who achieve 1st, 2nd, or 3rd positions in results, or for other educational motivations.

3. User Account and Security

• Login Details: The Login PIN or ID provided to you is for your personal use only.

• Responsibility: If you hand over your phone to someone else and they change any data within the app, the responsibility lies solely with the user.

4. Usage Policy

• Educational Use: This App can only be used for reading/listening to the Quran, viewing Prayer Times, checking attendance, and activities related to the Maktab.

• Prohibited Use: Using the App for any illegal or unethical activity is strictly prohibited.

5. Content and Third-Party Services

• Quran Data: The Quranic text and audio present in the App are sourced through Third-Party APIs (such as AlQuran Cloud/AlAdhan). We are not responsible for any errors originating from the API side.

• Location Services & Default Settings: The App uses your device's Location to calculate accurate Prayer Times via a Third-Party service (AlAdhan API), but only if you grant permission. If location permission is denied or not granted, the App will automatically display Prayer Times for the default location (Osmanabad / Dharashiv).

6. Privacy

Your data (Name, Mobile Number, Attendance Record) is safe with us. We do not sell this data to any third-party company for marketing purposes. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

This App is provided on an "As Is" basis. If the App is down for some time due to any technical reason, or if any old record is accidentally deleted, the administration will not be held responsible.
