1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to HouseholdManager (“Application”). These Terms of Use govern your downloading, installation, and use of the HouseholdManager mobile application and any related services. By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
2. Use of the Application
HouseholdManager is intended for personal household organization, task management, scheduling, and productivity purposes. You agree not to:
Use the Application for any unlawful purposes.
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or modify the operation of the Application.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
3. Premium Subscriptions and Payments
HouseholdManager offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock advanced features.
Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store Account or Google Play Store Account (depending on your device's operating system) at confirmation of purchase.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Subscription Management: You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings (App Store Account Settings for iOS or Google Play Store Subscriptions for Android).
Refunds: All purchases are governed by the respective store's refund policies (Apple or Google). No refunds are provided directly by the developer, except as required by applicable law or the app store policies.
4. Availability and Modifications
We strive to keep the Application functional, but we reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or temporarily discontinue parts of the Application at any time without prior notice or liability.
5. Limitation of Liability
HouseholdManager is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer (Maksym Bugaj Usługi informatyczne) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Application.
6. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we and our third-party partners (such as RevenueCat) handle information.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Your continued use of the Application after any updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
