I am M. Ashikuzzaman Kowshik, a dedicated graduate student pursuing a Master of Science (M.S.) in Materials Science at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from the University of Dhaka. My career ambition is to establish myself as a researcher in emerging nanoelectronic devices, with a focus on 2D semiconductors.

My research interests center on the simulation and modeling of next-generation nanoelectronic logic devices, including 2D-TMD FETs, Negative Capacitance FETs, Tunnel FETs, and Gate-All-Around FETs. I spend most of my time exploring the state-of-the-art innovations, reviewing related research papers, and staying up to date on advancements in nanoelectronic devices. Alongside my core research, I have hands-on experience with microcontroller-based projects and machine learning, which complement my technical skill set. I am currently seeking a full-time research opportunity where I can apply my expertise and contribute to cutting-edge innovations in nanoelectronics. 

Beyond my academic and technical pursuits, I enjoy exploring detective fiction, personal development literature, and scientific articles to continually broaden my perspective.
