We are Young Living Brand partner's. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change our offerings at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Ringgit Malaysia and are subject to change. Payment must be made in full before products/services are delivered. We accept Cash, Visa/Mastercard & E-Wallet.

5. Refunds and Cancellations
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or cancellation as per the following conditions:

• Refunds: Customers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the product is unused and in its original condition. Service-based refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may be subject to a processing fee.

• Non-Refundable Items: Certain products or services, such as digital downloads or personalized items, may not be eligible for refunds.

• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
