Makhzani is a store management application designed to help users manage products, inventory, clients, suppliers, sales invoices, purchase invoices, reports, loyalty points, barcode scanning, PDF invoices, subscriptions, advertisements, push notifications, and local backups.
Information stored by the app
Makhzani may store information entered by the user, including products, stock quantities, purchase and sale prices, clients, suppliers, sales invoices, purchase invoices, loyalty points, reports, store settings, generated PDF invoices, and local backup files.
Local business data
Makhzani is designed as an offline-first app. Business data such as products, clients, suppliers, invoices, purchases, sales, profits, loyalty points, barcode values, PDF files, and backup files is stored locally on the user’s device.
Makhzani does not upload private business data to our servers.
Subscriptions
Makhzani may offer a Pro subscription through Apple StoreKit. Subscription purchases are processed by Apple. The app uses subscription status to unlock Pro features such as higher limits, advanced features, and removal of ads.
Advertisements
Makhzani may use Google AdMob to display ads in the Free plan. Google Mobile Ads SDK may process technical data needed for ad delivery, ad measurement, fraud prevention, compliance, and analytics.
Makhzani does not send private business data to AdMob, including products, clients, suppliers, invoices, purchases, sales, profits, loyalty points, barcode values, PDF files, or backup files.
Ad privacy and consent
Makhzani may use Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage advertising consent and privacy choices where required. Users may be able to manage ad privacy choices from the app settings when available.
Push notifications
Makhzani may use OneSignal to send push notifications such as app updates, reminders, and general app-related messages.
OneSignal may process technical information required to deliver notifications, such as notification subscription status, notification interactions, app version, language, and device-related identifiers.
Makhzani does not send private business data to OneSignal, including products, clients, suppliers, sales invoices, purchase invoices, sales data, profit data, loyalty points, barcode values, PDF files, or backup files.
Camera access
Makhzani may request camera access to scan product barcodes. Camera access is used only for barcode scanning. The app does not store camera images and does not upload camera images to our servers.
Backup and restore
Makhzani may allow users to export and import backup files manually. Backup files are created only when the user chooses to export them. Users are responsible for storing and sharing backup files safely.
PDF sharing
Makhzani may allow users to generate and share PDF invoices. If the user shares a PDF through another app or service, that sharing is controlled by the user and may be subject to the privacy practices of the receiving service.
Data sharing
Makhzani does not sell user data. Makhzani does not share private business data with advertisers or notification providers.
Data deletion
Users can delete their data by deleting records inside the app, deleting exported backup files, clearing app data where available, or uninstalling the app from their device.
Children’s privacy
Makhzani is intended for business and store management use. It is not designed for children and does not knowingly target children.
