Bioactive precision peptides are simply cell signaling peptides from nature that work symbiotically with our body to help heal and provide wellness.
Peptides are naturally occurring in the human body, and we know of at least 7,000 peptides found in the body. They are molecules consisting of amino acids and deliver messages to our cells and DNA. DNA is a matrix of inactive information waiting for peptides to deliver a message of either up-regulating or down-regulating genes.
What makes us different:
•Nature made vs synthetically made in lab
•Ingestible vs injectable -Affordable vs expensive
•Easy & trusted vs complex
•Human clinical studies
Peptides today are very hard to get. Mainstream everyday people want and need them but can not get them due to FDA, finances, etc.
We use AI technology to make this possible. AI allows us to research trillions of possibilities with peptides. The AI databases help us to find which key unlocks the DNA.
What specific goals do you have currently? Weightloss, energy, recovery, toning?
Enzymatic hydrolysis - the way they are extracted from their source - method of delivery has been tested through the gastric and intestinal contents to ensure they are stable and do not degrade into the stomach acids.
You’ll find different delivery methods of our products. Each targeting a specific issue/part of the body. Each delivery system is carefully curated to get to said target area as fast and as bioavailable as possible.
The use of enzymes (enzymatic hydrolysis) supports the peptide integrity through the harshness of the GI system and follows into the intestine through the barrier. I will attach a study which demonstrates this process, but the efficacy studies have proven the bioavailability and mechanisms of the bioactive peptides. It is a different process than larger chain amino acids (peptides) vs our shorter chain amino acids, which are easier to bypass the pH of the stomach (gastric juices) and permeate the wall of the intestines to enter into the bloodstream. Remember, the parent protein here is food derived which makes it easier for the GI system and human body to absorb. The synthetic peptides (injectables) for one, are not regulated, and two tap into our hormone production. BPP (bioactive precision peptides) bind to very specific receptors, communicate their function, and leave the body, carrying the nutrients in the formula with them. It is a very intricate process and more sustainable than injectables. Especially for long-term use.
The BPPs have been studied at different dosages (up to 20g or 20,000mg) and have been found to be well tolerated and have different actions. The AI and ML allows us to be precise on dosage, efficacy, and studies. Our human clinical trials also reveal this.
We have different delivery methods for instance sublingual(in calm) powder for hydrate. Our peptides function for different ailments as different modality processes. We know application is important. And we also know that delivery is important. Delivering certain peptides through sublingual delivery mechanisms all allows for almost immediate absorption. Having encapsulated peptide delivery, such as our Lean will make sure the peptide gets into the small intestine where it is much more efficiently absorbed to target than need that it needs to target. Capsules are formulated to withstand and bypass the gut and acidity of the stomach.
Our peptides are made from clean, natural ingredients sourced with purpose and intention. Each product contains a unique blend of active and inactive ingredients that are designed to work in harmony with the body—never against it. You won’t find sugar, artificial colors, flavors, dyes, or common allergens like soy, nuts, gluten, or lactose in our formulas. Instead of cheap fillers, we use ingredients like coconut oil powder (from coconuts, not palm) to support nutrient delivery and absorption.
All of our products are third-party tested, fully transparent down to the inactive ingredients, and held to the highest standards of purity. For a full list of what’s inside—and what’s never included—check our ingredient list.
No, Lean is not a GLP-1 agonist. While it may support similar outcomes—such as appetite control and fat metabolism—it works through entirely different, natural mechanisms. Rather than overriding the body's systems like synthetic GLP-1 drugs, Lean is designed to support the body’s own functionality by encouraging balance in key hunger and metabolic hormones.
One of the key ingredients in Lean, Saccharomyces cerevisiae-derived peptides, may influence GLP-1 pathways, but Lean itself is not a GLP-1 drug. Instead, it promotes appetite regulation by supporting healthy ghrelin (hunger hormone) and leptin (satiety hormone) levels, reducing cravings (especially for sweets), and activating neuropeptide Y in the brain, which can help with motivation and portion control.
Lean also supports lipolysis (the breakdown of fat), helps prevent new fat storage, and encourages the activation of brown adipose tissue—a type of fat that burns calories for energy. Unlike pharmaceutical GLP-1s, Lean supports metabolic health without side effects like muscle loss, slowed digestion, or thyroid disruption.
In short, Lean is a natural, non-pharmaceutical approach to appetite control and fat metabolism—designed to work with your body, not against it.
The source of our Citric Acid is non-GMO cassava, a starchy root vegetable native to South America. It is fermented and then purified through Ion Exchange Filtration, concentrated, crystalized, and dried. It is allergen-free, gluten-free, BSE-free, and not treated with ETO or any other chemical sterilizing agent. It is not made with the fungus Aspergillus niger and thus will not contribute to inflammatory reactions and conditions.
Yes, Lean can support a natural slowing of gastric emptying.
Here’s how it works: When macronutrients like fats, proteins, and carbohydrates enter the digestive system, the body naturally releases GLP-1—a hormone that signals fullness and slows both appetite and the rate at which food leaves the stomach. Lean helps extend this natural response by inhibiting DPP-4, the enzyme that breaks down GLP-1, allowing the signal to last longer.
This slower gastric emptying is beneficial. It enhances satiety by activating stretch receptors in the stomach that communicate fullness to the brain, which helps reduce food-seeking behavior and control portion sizes. Additionally, it supports more stable blood sugar levels and improves insulin sensitivity.
In short, Lean supports your body’s natural satiety and digestive rhythms—helping you feel fuller, longer, without disrupting metabolic health.
Yes, LEAN contains 12 mg of guarana extract. This natural ingredient is included in a precise, low dose to support energy and focus without overstimulation. Guarana is a plant-based source of caffeine, and in this formulation, it works synergistically with other ingredients to enhance metabolic support and appetite control in a balanced and sustainable way.
We use naturally sourced stevia glycosides, specifically Rebaudioside M (Reb M), because it offers a cleaner, more sugar-like taste without the bitterness or chemical processing found in many common stevia products.
Most traditional stevia on the market relies on Rebaudioside A (Reb A), which often leaves a bitter or licorice-like aftertaste. These versions are typically extracted using chemical solvents, bleaching agents, and may include fillers or sugar alcohols—ingredients we intentionally avoid.
In contrast, Reb M is a more refined and better-tasting glycoside found naturally in stevia leaves. It’s extracted through natural fermentation or enzymatic processes, resulting in a sweetener that’s both high quality and free from unwanted additives. The result is a smooth, pleasant sweetness that complements our formulas without compromising on purity or taste.
By choosing Reb M, we’re able to deliver a naturally sweet product that aligns with our commitment to clean, effective, and transparent formulations.
While LEAN and HYDRATED include grapefruit-derived ingredients for flavor and function, they do not contain the furanocoumarins responsible for drug interactions commonly associated with whole grapefruit or grapefruit juice.
At MAKE Wellness, we take this concern seriously. The grapefruit extract used in LEAN is carefully processed to remove significant amounts of furanocoumarins—compounds known to inhibit the CYP450 enzyme system, which can interfere with the metabolism of certain medications. Every batch undergoes both internal quality checks and third-party testing to ensure these compounds are not present in meaningful amounts.
Similarly, the grapefruit flavoring used in HYDRATED is composed only of essential oils and natural essences, providing a light and refreshing flavor without including any active furanocoumarins.
If you’re taking medications with known grapefruit interactions, we always recommend consulting your healthcare provider. However, based on current formulation and testing, our products are considered safe for use without the risks associated with whole grapefruit.
