This Privacy Policy explains how MakeSure (the "App") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the App and related services (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

A. Information you provide

- Routine data you create in the App (task titles, steps, completion history, and related notes).

- Photos you capture in the App (optional, premium feature).

B. Information collected automatically

- If you enable notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) processes your device push token and basic device information to deliver notifications.

- The App uses your device time zone to schedule reminders.

C. Payments

Subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store your full payment card details. We receive purchase status information to restore premium access.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

- Provide core features (routines, history, reminders).

- Store and restore your premium status.

- Deliver notifications if you enable them.

- Improve stability and performance of the App.

- Respond to support requests.

3. Where Your Data Is Stored

- Routine data and settings are stored locally on your device using on-device storage.

- Photos captured in the App are saved locally in the App's documents directory.

- We do not upload your routine data or photos to our servers.

If you enable device or cloud backups (such as iCloud or Google Drive backups), your platform provider may back up your app data according to their terms.

4. Notifications

If you enable notifications:

- The App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) to deliver push notifications.

- Firebase may process device identifiers and basic device information to deliver notifications.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data only with:

- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (for push notifications).

- Apple App Store / Google Play (for subscription processing and restoration).

- Authorities or other parties if required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Permissions We Request

The App may request:

- Camera: to attach photos to routine steps.

- Photos: to save or select images.

- Notifications: to send reminders.

You can change these permissions in your device settings at any time.

7. Data Retention

Your data remains on your device until you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the App. You can clear your history in-app. Notification tokens are managed by your device and Firebase and may persist until you disable notifications or uninstall the App.

8. Children's Privacy

MakeSure is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International Users

If you use the App outside Turkey, your information may be processed in countries with different data protection laws. For example, Google and Apple may process data in locations where they operate their services.

10. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information in the App, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version in the App or on our website.
