1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using MakerVerse (in either its free or Pro version), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, you must not use the app.

2. Description of the service

MakerVerse is a cost and pricing management app for makers, available on Android. It comes in two versions:

•      MakerVerse (free): includes advertising via Google AdMob.

•      MakerVerse Pro (paid): ad-free version, available as a one-time purchase through LemonSqueezy.

3. Licence

The user is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use MakerVerse on their Android devices. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicence, or reverse-engineer the app.

4. Pro version and payments

Purchasing MakerVerse Pro involves a one-time payment managed by LemonSqueezy Inc. as the Merchant of Record. LemonSqueezy applies the VAT applicable in the buyer's country and automatically issues an invoice. The amount paid is non-refundable unless applicable law provides otherwise. For any issues with payment or invoicing, contact the developer at the email address below, providing the transaction number supplied by LemonSqueezy.

5. Data and privacy

Data processing is detailed in the MakerVerse Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

MakerVerse is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not warrant that the app will be error-free or operate without interruption. Users are responsible for regularly backing up their data using the built-in export function.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including data loss.

8. Modifications

The developer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through an app update. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any disputes arising from their interpretation or performance, the parties submit to the courts of Tarragona, Spain, unless applicable consumer law establishes a different jurisdiction.
