It's our favorite time of year!
Each summer, the historic stone barn at Freedom Run Winery comes alive with creativity, fresh air, and the joyful mess of making. At Makers Art Camp, young artists are invited to slow down, explore nature, and create meaningful art together.
Below you’ll find all the details for our 2026 Summer Art Camp sessions.
Space is limited and sessions fill quickly.

4-Day Summer Art Camp
To allow time for larger projects, deeper exploration, and skill-building across multiple mediums, a 4 day commitment is required.
Space is limited to 18 children per session
$250 per child
All supplies, materials, and daily snack included
If your child is not feeling well during the week, please email me and we’ll make alternate plans to complete their projects.

Ages 8-12
July 20–July 23, 2026 (Monday–Thursday)
8:00am–12:00pm
**At this time there is only one week, an additional week may open up later in the Spring!**

One-Day Art Camps
Can’t commit to a full week? Our one-day camps offer a perfect creative experience in a single afternoon.
Space is limited to 18 children per session
$55 per child, per day
All supplies, materials, and snack included

Ages 5–10
July 20, 2026 (Monday) — 1:00pm–4:00pm
July 21, 2026 (Tuesday) — 1:00pm–4:00pm

Small Group Garden Paint Sessions
This is perfect for serious young artists, or older kids who really want to work on their drawing and painting skills. Let's meet in the garden (or anywhere else, we live in a beautiful area!) for a 1 1/2 hour long session and focus on specific skills.
Space is limited to 1-4 children per session
$25 per child, per session
All supplies and materials will be included (supplies will vary, we will explore pencil, oil pastel, watercolor, and more!)

What to Expect
Campers will spend time both inside the historic barn and outdoors on the property, including gardens and open fields. Activities are inspired by nature and include a variety of mediums.
Please dress children in clothing appropriate for outdoor exploration and messy art-making.

Snacks, Allergies & Comfort
A snack is provided mid-session each day.
Please complete the registration form fully and note any allergies we should be aware of.
Cold water will always be available.

Refund Policy
The last day to receive a full refund is two weeks prior to the first day of your registered camp session.
