From the moment we begin working together, my goal is to make sure you feel informed, supported, and connected - before, during, and after your birth. Here's whats included in my basic doula package:
3 prenatal visits to connect, prepare, plan and answer your questions.
Guidance and support in creating your personalized birth plan.
On-call availability for labor support leading up to your birth.
In-person, continuous support throughout active labor.
Two hours of postpartum care immediately after birth.
One postpartum follow up visit.

In addition to my core doula support, I offer gentle, holistic practices designed to help you feel more grounded, centered and connected throughout your pregnancy and birth. These can be added to your care if you wish and are always tailored to your unique needs.
Sound Bath
A soothing immersion in sound vibrations to help release tension, calm the mind, and create a peaceful connection between you and your baby. Sessions are usually centered around relaxation, with the option to weave in guided meditation and visualization for a more intentional, pregnancy-centered experience.
$125 per one hour in home session
Package of 3 for $325
Guided meditation and visualization may be added for an additional $25 per session.
Guided Meditation & Visualization
Calming, intentional practices to help you center your thoughts, connect with your baby, and approach birth with confidence. These sessions can be focused on relaxation, birth preparation, or emotional grounding.
$35 per 30 minute virtual session / package of 3 for $95
$60 per one hour in home session / package of 3 for $165
Services are offered in home or virtually, with the exception of sound baths, which are available in home only.
As part of my postpartum care offerings, I provide placenta encapsulation as a way to honor the placenta and nourish the body after birth. This service is meant to be a gentle, intentional part of your postpartum care, supporting recovery during the early weeks of parenthood. I personally take care of placenta pickup and delivery of your finished product. You can choose between Traditional or Raw encapsulation, with the option to include umbilical cord keepsakes and placenta prints.
